We’ve blogged before about luxury vehicles like a Mercedes Benz being turned into office furniture. But there’s apparently a market for auto themed office chairs and worktables that fit the average income bracket as well. A company called PitStop Furniture is manufacturing a line of chairs that look like the seats from racing cars and desks that look like they were constructed from spare parts in a high-end garage. You can even pick what type of racing you want to commemorate – selecting a Grand Prix or Formula One in red, black or silver. The only downside is that you won’t be able to get a major corporation to sponsor your office furniture purchase even if you roll really, really fast!
