Mark Canavarro - CEO
With a degree in engineering, Mark started designing office environments more than 22 years ago. His passion in his work stems from his years of experience interviewing customers and designing the perfect environment to fit their needs. That is what keeps his customers coming back allowing COE to grow into the full-service office furniture company that it is today. In 2002 he struck out on his own and started Cubicles Office Environments to create a company that always put the customer at the center of the sale for the highest level of customer satisfaction. When he’s not working, you can find Mark in the local Yoga studio or at his favorite surf break in Carlsbad.
Sam Bedoy - General Manager
With over 20 years of experience, Sam was the first hire at COE. Mark had worked with Sam previously and knew that he was what COE needed to manage operations. His work ethic and ability to fix anything have been key in the stability and quality of workmanship at COE. His contributions to COE customer service and management skills have been a big part of the team work that have made COE the success that it is today. Team work is key to customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction is the key to COE growth strategy. On the weekends you can find Sam with his fiancée Rorri hiking, rooting for his favorite sports teams or enjoying a beer at the local microbreweries.
Joe Amaya - Install Manager
We’ve known Joe for over 20 years. He has over 20 years in installation experience. His ability to modify plans on the spot to make things work makes him an asset to the team. When Joe isn’t out installing you can always find him on a Disc Golf Course. This is a hobby he has been doing since 2010.
Michael Strane - Install Lead
Michael has been with Cubicles for 10 years. He has been in the modular furniture industry since 1993. Originally from the Bay area Michael made his way down the coast in the early 2000’s And has been with the company since 2005.In his spare time Michael has a passion for producing music and composes beats for local and global recording artists.
